Ok I love everything about our founding fathers and the constitution, so when I stumbled across this coin I said I have to have it!!!!

What are your thoughts!!! For example, since I heard bad things about ebay, can this person be trusted. He does say its a stock photo and has the pcgs # blurred out, saying you will receive one graded by pcgs with your very own yada yada yada.......Any thoughts or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.......

mmmmm, no. Even though it is a stock photo and etc etc. I don't buy coins I don't see, slabbed or not.

I wouldn't worry to much. His feedback is 100% and look at his sales over 55K. Who has the time to take a photo of every slab?

Personally, I love the coin's design.

These coins are freely available anywhere. Virtually all are PR69 DCAM... super high quality. In cases where coins are mass-produced and are all the same, it's common practice on E-Bay to have a "stock photo". It just doesn't make sense for the seller to photo each and every one when they're all the same.

This seller has 55,000+ transactions and offers a 7-day return policy. I see no red lights.

If you're not comfortable with all that, buy one at a shop or a coin show. Personally, I prefer them in original mint packaging rather than a slab.

Looks perfectly ok to me, the only real complaints were a few neutrals (8) saying the packing was a bit poor and a item was out of stock! and one guy who had a beef and left 10 negs!
From a personal point of view if his International shipping was better priced I would be tempted to bid on a few of his items myself

Not many folks here that remember the old song "How Much is that Puppy in the window" are there?

I say go for it. You already love it, just be careful not to be foolish in your bidding. Set a top bid and stick to it.

    There will be others.

That would be a doggy in the window?
I see no problem with that seller.

    My Bad

    My bad. You are right.

"How much for that Doggy in the Window?"

was the song name. I was just thinking he might have "Puppy Love" for the auction and overextend his bidding secondary to devotion for a desired coin.

The seller looks trustworthy and if such is not the case, he can return it.

    Auchey 15,
As a newbie myself here, but not to EBay, my first and foremost consideration is the return policy. "No Return..." means I do not bid! Next is feedback - always taken with a grain of salt! ;) This seller has a return policy and a feedback history.
And for me personally, I like OGP. If you have an OGP and want a TPG slab... this is worth investigating.
    just my p.o.v.
