I picked this one up today for 10 bucks, and I'm considering getting it graded.
I'm thinking it would grade at least a 64.

    Please share your thoughts.

probably not because of the mintage being so high... 131,670,000 MS63-$40.00 not sure what the values for MS64-66 would be ??? wait for more opinions from collectors of Russian coins...
nice looking coin, but not that rare. you got a great deal for just $10 bucks.

That's a spectacular coin. It really is a shame that grading fees are so exorbitant. It defeats the purpose to spend 70% of the coins value to have it verified. I'm in a similar spot on a 1919 Canada 5 cent and a 1906 Netherlands 10 cent. Unfortunately, just can't bring myself to do it.
But back to your coin, I'd put it at 64 no doubt.

I'm basically just curious to what this coin would grade, but looking at the population reports for this coin, there are quite a few that have graded 64 and above.

I think I will leave this one raw, and enjoy it as is... :)

It would be nice if they would create a low value tier even if it had a very extended turn around time for low value coins that don't qualify for the modern tier.
