Would you consider this as Proof-like?

Does this 1943 Australia Shilling look proof-like? It appears to have a mirror like finish with a cartwheel luster at the same time. Yet, it also appears to have some die wear, so I'm unsure.

    Thanks in advance!

Would an angled shot be better?

Possibly......along with a newspaper (printed matter) opposite to show how much reflectivity this coin possesses.........

It's far, far easier to test yourself for PL quality than it is to photograph it. The fields need to clearly and readably reflect something like newspaper type for a distance of 4" or so, at least, to consider it PL. All fields on both faces need to demonstrate the effect.
