I was getting a box of dimes when the teller said they have some rolls of UNC pennys. I got two rolls. One roll has the exact same small die chip on each end coin, the die chip is small, but still visible. I have no photos, but based on what I said would this roll demand ANY premium due to the error on each end.
Typically if you can collect enough of them in decent condition they will sell on Ebay in lots. I usually bundle die cracks, die chips, die breaks and die clashes separate by 20 each. They sell eventually if you price reasonably. I use the proceeds to fund the rest of what I collect. But in reality they are not worth much individually unless that is your collection you are saving them for.
I just got them to set aside, I like to buy a couple uncirculated rolls each year while coin roll hunting to set aside. Like I said I grab a couple pennies and one dime roll. I hate getting roll boxes of uncirculated dimes while I'm looking for silver, in fact I have even given boxes back before I even had the chance to get out of the bank because I can see the uncirculated coins on the end through the windows of N.F. String boxes. Personally, I would not pay anything for these rolls, I expect that some people might pay a small premium for it though, when I mean small I mean almost, maybe the rolls would sell faster though. I just like to set them aside. On an related note I was doing a box of half dollars and it was solid uncirculated 1999p half dollars, I had no hope on that box, after waiting a week for the order to finally come
