I've never heard of 'down ladders' but I'm new to paper. I don't know about the 1st one, but me, personally? I'd keep the x332211x -- but that may be just me. By the way, welcome to coin talk.

on this on, and i hate to admit it, but i have to ... this is painfull .. but i have to agree with Coinlover on this one. Radars, ladders and the like, only fetch the highest values in their true forms. Very few serious paper money collectors collect anything less.
