I went through my paper money box today and pulled out alot of cir. * notes that aren't worth keeping and the like... As I was going through them I came across 3 bills that I'm wondering if they are worth more than face or if I should just use them. They are: 1977-A $5 Pretty circulated...in coins we might give it a VG. 1963-A $10 Might get a VF in coins....folds, and some blue ink has bled into the one edge. 1934-C $20 Might get VG/F It has about 1/3 of a postmark on it...It looks like a stamp that a bank would use to date a check when it came in...such as....AUG 1, 1934...etc... I tried going to ebay and looking for these but I'm a lost when it comes to paper money. Thanks guys! Speedy
I don't collect paper but it sounds like you should keep them for a while, Maybe better ones will come along to replace them. My opinion only.
sorry $5 = F 94561284 B $10 = F 70088571 A $20 = D 87621678 A That last one is sooo close to a radar.... Speedy
I'd certainly keep the 34. The others might be used as gifts or whatever, they're gonna take awhile, (if ever) to become anything more than face. But the 34 . . . I understand they're not making them anymore!

If you say so! I wouldn't know a good note if it hit me in the head LOL!! The best find from circulation was one that I pulled out of my dad's bank envelope...it is now in his collection. A 1950-E $50. While it is circulated it is still it pretty good shape. I understand that it is worth alittle.... Speedy
