This is sooooo COOL! O.K. you know I love to take photos with my digital camera and microsope. Well I told my wife that I would love to MAP this entire Morgan Dollar I have, so that I can see in great detail every single VAM line and error. I found this progam called AutoStitch! http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~mbrown/autostitch/autostitch.html This allows me to perfectly blend my very close (large) pics together There are many tweaks I have to get used to, but I'll have it down in no time. the photos here are an example. They are different sizes and lighting. But you can see the black shadow of the lens where the photo is blended. What you can also see is the most important areas where the letters are, is blended perfectly!
