Worn die???????

    Hi everyone,
    New to the World coin forum here......My name is CoinNut4...CN for short.....I had some world coins that I was going thru and one caught my eye........the pic here is not too good.......but I hope you can see the mushy areas around all the lettering........is this from a worn die???

    Well the red x is clear but the white box that the x is on is a little mushy LOL!!! Just funning with ya. For me the pic doesnt show up...only the red x.

    As severe as it is - I think it looks like doubling. But the pic is a bit blury - hard to say for sure.

    The picture isn't the clearest but it definitely looks like die deterioration doubling caused by a severely worn die.
