Worn Die?

Why does the 1983 penny have breaks in the line at the bottom of Lincoln's coat? Can't find anything on it. It seems they all have it?

You are looking to hard. Small differences are normal.

 

It’s zinc and it’s no big deal.

 

I concur with everything posted so far.
Design details are easily polished away on the working die.
Another would be a weak strike.
