Maybe too worn out to be identified.
But maybe someone recognized the emperor or King. a7 (1).JPG a7 (2).JPG

Ken Dorney Yea, I'm Cool That Way...

The poll needs to be re-written with different questions. I know what it is, but the questions should be 'is it Roman or Greek' and or 'what is the god on the reverse'.

I believe that is a Caracalla from Alexandria Troas. The reverse is Apollo resting his foot and holding a branch.

    Roman provincial of Caracalla?

A guess based on the portrait and reverse type.

Head on Theodosius, I am quite happy with both answers. And so is this coin no mystery for me anymore.

Caracalla, AE of Alexandria, Troas. AD 209-214. M AVR ANTONINVS PIVS AV, laureate head right / COL AVG TROAD, Apollo standing left, foot on low cippus, holding branch. Paris 264

That is a nice looking type. More Greek style reverse than Roman.
