http://aes.iupui.edu/rwise/notedir/mappage.html Is Ron Wise's World Paper Money page. It has thousands of pictures. It is organized by country and indexed by Pick numbers. It does not have pricing information.
I don't even know of a bad one, but I know there are enough world note collectors, here, that, if there is a good one, they'd know about it...so, let's just stand by... EDIT: Whoops, that didn't take long...thanks, lettow...just bookmarked that! :thumb:
IBNS has some information that may help figure out what country a note came from, as well as a link to Ron Wise's huge image gallery. Dave
ron wises web site is the official site for the IBNS, so he has most everything there is. Sometimes not the most accurate on Pick numners, but heck - even the pick catalog is not all that accurate so it all balances out. the best info would be from sources like the pick catalog, which describes most details on every note. The second best woudl be to get the main catalog from each country, as most have books dedicated to their own currencies. I elect to go with the pick catalog, becuase it is the best general source that covers most everything.
