This is my first contest on coin talk and I am dedicating it to World Coins, Since that is what I collect. Rules 1.) Only 1 Post in this thread per contestant. 2.) Post a link to YOUR gallery on coin talk, it MUST have at least 1 non U.S. Coin ( the more the better for higher judgement in this contest ) 3.) Post a link to the website you feel has most helped you as a World Coin Collector ( Your link may be the same as another contestant) That is it, Pretty Easy!!! There will be 3 Winners in this contest. I will pick the winners on Friday, February 6th, 2009, 6pm Eastern Time. After which the 1st place winner will PM me with thier pick of any Two coins from the Prize Contest Gallery and thier address. I will erase those Two coins and than the 2cd Place winner can pick Two coins from the remaining 4 and the 3rd Place winner gets the remaining Two coins. Great! Thank you for this contest. Pics of my collection of British provincial tokens from the 18th century can be found in the link in my signature at the bottom of this post. Regarding a helpful link, this one was very helpful to me in providing a fairly comprehensive history of how Matthew Boulton impacted the minting of these tokens: http://www.sohomint.info/TheTokenStory.html
