Yes. They look like Improperly Mixed Alloy. Nice finds. But they are only worth what a collector of such an issue is willing to pay for them. There's really no list of a set premium that I've seen.
I don't think these hold any real premium unless they are lustrous or spectacular. I sold one a few years ago for about $110. My understanding / the rumor I've heard is that Philadelphia sent most of the sub-par planchets to the branch mints in the earlier years, so Philadelphia woodgrain cents are more valuable.
