Wondering if This is a mistake coin (2014 Tennessee Quarter)

    I found this quarter from change I got and noticed it was odd... for one it seems slightly flat on the front but I figured that could be wear... then I noticed the line through the date... any ideas on it and hm it could be worth if it is?

    It's wear and the line happens when the coin ends up on the end of a coin roll.
