It's from the Morgan Mint, with a certificiate of authenticity.
It's called: "100 years of U.S. Pennies and Nickels"

Any idea what it is/what it's worth??
    Thanks!

You need a better description, and/or pictures, if you want an accurate answer.

Since its from the Morgan Mint it might be medals...I don't know I never heard of them...but it doesn't sound right....the other error is that if they knew a lot about coins they would have called it "100 years of U.S. Cents and Nickels" as "pennies" is not a US term.

This sounds like a prepackaged 20th century Type set of cents and nickels. If that is the case then it's value will be tied closely to the value of the individual coins in the set. Good photos of the coins would be the best way for us to give you an educated guess as to its value.

    I agree.

Scans would be needed, because sometimes these kind of sets contain polished coins for increased market sales.

I would imagine you have an example of a buffalo nickel, and an example of a wheat penny, and a steel cent, a silver war nickel, and a memorial cent, and so forth. If that's the case, then the chances are you have some pretty common date examples that are packaged as sort of a novelty piece. I've seen some of these that are pretty neat though!

Below are two photos -- one of the collection and one of the certificate. Anything else needed to figure this out?

    yeah - that's what I was thinking.

They are neat to have, and show your friends or display on your desk, at home or at work. Unfortunately, I can sorta see that the steel cent, and both V & Buffalo nickels have been polished. This drops their numismatic value significantly. If you cracked open that case, you might have a couple dollars in coins. (I can't see the dates, but I'd guess they are most likely pretty common issues)

Again, though, it's a neat presentation case, and great for conversations with people.

I agree with Rick's anaysis. The value of the set is about $5 tops (barring any key dates), but it makes a great presentation piece since you can leave it out for others to see without risking loss or damage to something really valuable.
