When a collection has a name like that you would think the coins in it would all be knockouts, or at least most of them would be. I just browsed through the collection on GC and was completely underwhelmed. There was one Roosevelt Dime I thought was pretty nice. Everything else was decent at best.
"Neon Lights", huh? This came from the "Color of Money" collection on the PCGS Registry. Not my usual thing, but I figured I needed to have it, since it's from my birthyear. It's absolutely electric in hand, too. I later got this more subtle nickel (with no special pedigree), for the princely sum of 15 bucks. I'm on my way to a '65 SMS set, now, once I get the dime, quarter, and half...
I've seen plenty of fancy names for collections. Sometimes it's justified while other times it is not. In this case, it made you look through every coin (even if you didn't find any you liked). Others will also be intrigued and might take a look and even bid on coins they otherwise wouldn't have examined if there wasn't the intrigue of the name attached. So, I would say that was a win for the seller from a marketing standpoint.
