will pcgs give 2007 uncirculated silver eagles a ms 70

    My guess is that they will give the grade that matches the graders' opinions, so the answer will depend on the quality of the coins they see. But then, what do I know?

    Uncirculated silver eagles MS69 or less. They will only give the PROOF silver eagles 70's.

    i don't think you will see a 70 from pcgs on these, they don't want to chance buying them back when they spot.

    If the mint corrected the rinse process that caused the spotting on the 2006 unc silver eagles then I don;t see why they wouldn't grade some MS70's.
