I would say, and this is just as a student of history, that this is a coin of George Ludwig, Elector of Hanover, aka George I of England. More than that I don't know, but at least its a start.

I'm not a grading expert, but I do see wear on it. Not much though. My guess would be EF. But again, I repeat, I'm not a grading expert.
