HERE IS A LITTLE MORE OF THE COLLECTION IM DEALING WITH RIGHT NOW. sorry. caps lock.i am most interested in the silver washington medal. it was struck in 1867 #91 of 101. .999 pure silver. i took it to a local coin shop today and the man offered a good deal for it considering it is only a few ounces of silver. and the three confederate restrikes are Bashlow restrikes according to the coin store guy. i wouldnt let him take apart the case to pull them out. i mean, only 3 bashlow golds were struck, so im sure this is a goldine.
Part 3? There are two more parts of this collection? Wow! Somebody needs to join a local club and get some friendly advice. Then make a sizable donation for the advice and friendship.
The Maria Theresa Thaler has been around for some time, restrikes are still made I think. I have six of them I bought a few years ago.
