Why is a 1994 Souvenir Set so valuable?

Okay, I understand why the 1982 and 1983 souvenir sets are high-priced, since there were no official US Mint sets those years. (For those who don't know, these souvenir sets are/were sold at the gift shops at the Denver and Philly mints.)

Within the last couple of days, both the P and D mints have sold for over $100 dollars each (see ebay item numbers 180436223061 and 360210761393). I haven't noticed any other years going more than 10 bucks or so. What am I missing about these 1994 sets?

Probably not a thing except that there is always somebody on ebay who will pay way more for something than it is worth.
