Why are 2004 platinum eagles so expensive?

I'm looking at the 2008 redbook, and the platinum eagle proofs are extremely expensive. They're not the lowest mintages and I don't see anything unique about them. In the 2007 redbook, the prices are about the same as the other years. What's up with this?

These coins, (2005) have not moved yet...but they will so if you can find them cheap..buy em...
