Yeah, that is a nice looking coin. Numismedia lists the 1795 Large Cent "Plain Edge" at $1470 in VF-20. But that is the price one would expect a NGC certified, problem free example to fetch. This piece is a damaged coin labeled as "Burnished" by NCS so I would expect it to sell for less than the price listed.
Hard to say, due to the error strike. Without taking the time to attribute it, other 1795 Plain Edge NCS VF details 1c have gone for $1100 (S-76b, R.1) - $1450 (S-77, R.3). But those sales were three years ago. Most prices are higher now. I don't have any more recent price points. Good luck, O !
