I'm afraid that I have not located any references that can pin down this coin...
It would help if I could define who is on the Obverse be it Herakles, Apollo, Zeus
or some other deity..? Generally I see the Eagle on a Hare in the
Sicily Akragas location but just not finding decent matches, If anyone has some
better clues feel free to post your ideas about a Reference..?

I think it's Apollo. Similar to this but with the reverse flipped. I'm struggling to find any matches to yours.

Sure looks like Herakles wearing the lion skin to me.

Fairly certain I see a lion eye, nose, and ear, so I'm casting my vote for Herakles too

This find is quite interesting, it has me rethinking the "hare" below the eagle, it is always possible that it could be a snake in there with such a miss mash of shapes below?
I to am leaning toward Herakles as well, there is a consensus forming...? thanks for your helpful input!

Yours is a common find that I have had trouble with on this coin as well,
I realize that image reversing is quite common for several reasons of the time period, and this could very well be the answer with this coin as all certainly are not always documented...

The example that @ancientone posted looks to be correct.

If so, the obverse inscription (from 12 o'clock' to 3 o'clock) ought to read 'ΔION'. Looking closely at the OP's pic I believe I can make out an 'O' in front of Herakles forehead, and an 'N' in front of the tip of his nose.

My imagination can also make out the bottom of the triangle of the 'D'ELTA symbol; along with the bottom of the raised 'I'OTA above.

Thank you for your viewpoint, I believe you are correct, do youadvocate that there is a snake instead of a hare on the reverse?
