Disagree. Milk spots are caused by some process or the other at the mint and rarely are there more than a few on a coin. This looks to be more than likely caused by a sneeze or a cough.
Do you think we could get some DNA from them? I've got four similar-looking A/H Kennedy's that I'm sending to NCS. Let's see if the same person was responsible for mine. Chris
