While doing the laundramat run today for the wife,

    I went to the laundromat for the wife this morning, I take a hand held loupe with me and I go through the State an NP quarters while the was is going. I found this 2007D Washington State quarter with something wrong with the D mint mark. I do not think it is a die chip, I wouldn't think it is a doubled MM. Any ideas?

    Looks like it to me also, but I think they started adding mint marks to the dies in 1990, so it can't be.
