I don't collect any of those, either. I'd much rather have something that I found interesting. I'm sure those are nice, but I'd have to pass .
I also prefer #4. It is the most reasonably priced and we all know what happened to the 10th anniversary ASE!
If anything, I'd get this as well. When does this go on sale (or did it already?) not sure where this is even mentioned on the min site. Also, are there any pictures of this: "new ASE 1 ounce reverse proof"
I thought all gold and silver in Anniversary set are " W " mint mark. well, I think #4 collector must have, because if anyone want to complete ASE , need unc and satin with "W". i will buy 10 sets for later profit. #3 this set too expenses. i dunno
20th anniversay i will buy 10 set each. and i might use other family name and address to buy more on the silver set. possibly 100 set.
I went ahead and got a couple gold buffaloes purely because of the atavistic design. Sure they're "just bullion" and all, but I like them, darn it.
Silver & Gold Proof Coins I have several Silver and Gold proof sets on my website edited - BST offers are not permitted
If I was picking from your options listed, I think I'd pick #1, then #4. The problem as I see it is that the proof coins and sets from the mint are overpriced. I mean, it doesn't cost that much more ($100+more for AGE 1 oz) to produce a proof coin than an uncirculated. However, the Proof AGE 1 oz are always popular and I just prefer gold. The #4 option would be interesting to have because it's something completely different (the reverse proof) that hasn't come out before and will probably be popular.
If I am going by budget the only one I could ever afford would be the item for $21. The only way I could ever afford any of the others is I would have to hit the lottery.
If I were so inclines 10 or 20 of number 4, if only to unload them in 6 months or a year at hopefully a serious markup so I could go buy some real coins.
