It's a 5 stuber made of billon (low content silver) from the German electorate of Cologne. There were 160 of these to a Mark. The abbreviated legend stands for Maximillian Friederich, dei gratia, Archbishop and Elector of Cologne, Bishop and Prince of Munster, Duke of Westphalia and Angria. This coin is KM-166 in the 18th century edition of Standard Catalog of World Coins and may be worth about $10 or so.
