6.99 for a Harris folder is pretty spendy. Barnes and Nobles carries these for like 3.99 I believe. Before they shut down our local one my son and I would buy a new one every other Sunday and share a pizza while busting rolls to fill them. We stuck with the penny and nickel folders but they had just about any type you could imagine for cheaper than you are finding on ebay.
Avoid cheapie folders. If you want an album-type holder for your coins, check out Dansco. While none are perfect, its worth paying up a little for a higher quality product.
