Which is better to collect Silver or Gold

I am tring to see whats better to collect Gold or silver....This has probably already been talked about but I'm new to this site. Also depending on (silver,Gold) wich coins.

when you speak of gold and silver you always talk about how much is it worth in dollars. I like both metals but I accept cash as well. Stock market has been doing real well lately .
