The grade of the powerseller in ebay, because I want to buy from who is good and is not taking much money for shipping and for the coins? There is a forum like that at all? Thank you.
If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you are completely new to ebay. First off, "powerseller" is far from indicating any trust. Some of the biggest thieves on ebay are powersellers and some of the most honest are as well. Just click the "feedback" link to see what previous buyers have said about their transaction. Look for sellers that have a 99% positive feedback rating. Forget 100%! Even the most fair and honest sellers cant please everyone no matter how hard they try. The listing will have a shipping cost indicated just below the high bid. If its more than $4 adjust your bid to compensate. Look for sellers who offer money back if their is a big problem with the coin. Dont completely trust the coin pictures. They can make a crappy coin look beautiful. I have also bought coins that were MUCH better than the pic showed. You just have to have x-ray eyes. LOL Most important is dont buy expensive coins on ebay unless you have already purchased a few from a seller and you know you can trust them.
I would also add to the above advice that it is a good idea to actually take a minute to read some of the feedback comments. Many buyers are reluctant to post negative feedback because they are afraid of dealers leaving unjust retaliatory feedback. But if you read the comments left, including the positive ones, and try to read between the lines, you can often get a feel for who is honestly representing their items and who is selling overgraded and misrepresented coins.
