You would have to send your coin to one of the grading companies like NGC, PCGS, ANACS etc etc. They can easily be found by using any internet search engine. But be advised - having your coin authenticated cost money. Some fo the grading companies charge as much as $30 each to grade and authenticate a coin. Some of them also charge a membership fee of $99. So it is unlikely that it would be worth your while to do this. You should also be aware that there is no guarantee that your coin will be authenticated as an unclad error - but you would still have to pay all the fees.
Goto www.anacs.com and check out their site for information on submitting a coin. Another option would be to send it to an error coin attributor first before you go thru the expense of slabbing the coin. you can do this here at CONECA . Good luck!
