I am starting a search for a Proof 1913 PR64 or 65 Buffalo and am looking for recommendations of a dealer who may have one in stock, or who is great with want lists. Not really sure ebay is the way I want to go.

I'm not surprised to hear that since he resigned as a moderator of this forum and left it about 2 months before you joined. If you ever dig through the old archives of this site then you will see his posts under the handle "National Dealer". It was an unfortunate loss when he left the forum, he has a phenomenal amount of numismatic knowledge.
Now that is a bummer of a loss. You gotta love having as many members of the board as possible with that kind of knowledge. I've learned more from this board and several others (though I don't post on the others as they are not very civil in some cases) than through any other source, because knowledgable people chose to share their time and skills with us. Too bad he left.
