    Depends what you are after but a lot of them do go to Germany for resale. Ebay.de is a rather good place otherwise ma-shops.com

    Not too good buying directly from Russia as they often like to sell at a ridicious price and a lot of them have trouble receiving electronic payment.

    Could yo clearify what Russian Federation commems is? I am not familiar with their coins but I have some coins from russian that were brought back by a friend some years back. I'll give it a look and see.

    "Commems" is a colloquial short term for "commemorative coins". As for the country name, the Russian coins are issued by the central bank and will usually have its name (Банк России) and logo. As far as I know, only the Sochi 2014 pieces have the country name (Российская Федерация) and the Russian CoA.
