I don't know. I hate sub-par pictures, and who can grade by Pics alone. It must be graded in hand. In my opinion.
I would guess VG8, but I could be wrong. (That's if it hasn't been cleaned). Good luck in your endeavors. ;)

I can't see the "CC" mint mark on it.

Whatever it is, it's been heavily polished, and I'm thinking counterfeit.

If you look at the write-up, it says "minted in Philadelphia" which makes one think why is there a "CC" in the title?

It appears to have the gash on the breast that the other CC fakes have (and where is the CC anyway?). Perhaps @Jack D. Young wants to weigh in.

I don't like the looks of it.
    I think it's fake.

He revised it to say not CC, but the reverse has what looks like a "C"; and as @KBBPLL noted it also appears to have the gash of the common bad CC China reverse...

If sent in, it would get exactly the same result as nearly every other coin* you've been posting here.

Are you ever going to comment about why you're seeking out so many bad fakes and posting them here?

I would never consider an 89 Carson City on eBay unless it were graded by a major service and sold by a highly rated respectable dealer. Of course it's your money but that would be my advice.

But after seeing the fake slabs posted on CT, I'm starting to think maybe raw is best :)
