I bought a Washington Quarters album that's missing most of the sheets of plastic that go in the pages. It's from 1958 and not a name brand like Dansco or Whitman, the plastics are just a little bit smaller than a dollar bill. Any idea where i could buy some?
You can likely find sheets of mylar in different thicknesses at the local craft store and cut them down. Mylar is a trade name for polyester film or sheet and in inert. You do not want polyvinyl chloride (PVC) because the plasticizer (which softens the hard plastic making it flexible) breaks down and attacks the coins. So stay away from floppy sheets.
