When is Silver Going to Blast-Off?

    Dear Sirs:

I am tired of waiting for the big bonanza. I think the silver aftermarket may be a more lucrative plan. The metal markets are manipulated in such extreme fashion it might behoove us to side-step direct pirates and deal with hungrier derelicts downstairs.

1980 and 2011 is the only time we had profit. Sure the Big Boys always make money.

I mean regular "Joe." Silver does this and that but if it fails to go up we lose. We watch the chart and see the "Eight-o'clock boys" buy millions of ounces and drive the
price skyward. Then they push a button and sell at tremendous profit. Our hopes are
dashed. High-quality certified silver coins are overpriced so they are relatively safe.

I wish to research small solar-panel companies. Just an idea. If you are 20 years-old
jump on silver. I am 59 and have medical problems and need to explore other avenues. I loved coins all my life. It has been a great ride. Thank you.

    Sincerely...Robert Winters

The same thing happens in real estate, the stock market and other commodities. Speculating on the hopes that silver (or anything else) will rise in price on the short term can be a risky strategy, and unless you have deep pockets, I don't think it will benefit the "average Joe".

Bullion metals are going to benefit the average person only over time ... if then.
Buy bullion, stick it away somewhere, forget about it and be surprised (maybe) later.

"... and unless you have deep pockets, I don't think it will benefit the "average Joe". "
    IMO, true statement.

And I'm 72 so it's unlikely I'll ever benefit from bullion investment.

If it was easy to make money on precious metals, coins, stocks, bonds, real estate, or even small solar panel companies, or anything else - don't you think everybody would be rich ?

The fact that everybody is not rich should tell you everything you need to know ;)
