When are silver proof sets usually issued??

It's been a while since I've been actively collecting, and I can't remember what time of year they go on sale. The mint web site has no info that I can find.

Looks like in 2002 that they announced on July 10th that they would be on sale starting July 24th.

I would think it would be around the same time this year but I don't know.
