I know, I know... photos. but in general, are 1940's wheat cent lamination errors of any value?
I found 4 in the last mega search I did 11k wheaties.
If there is a chance they are worth more than 5c, I'll work on getting some picks

I know that abe at Cointalk actively collects laminated Lincoln cents. If you do not want the coins for your own collection, then you should send a PM directly to abe. :)

Well, here at last is not a photo but a scan. It seems to show them fairly well, I hope they come through the upload download process. This is the photobucket link

The 5th one, on top, is more like bubbles under the surface, in the head and left of the head in the open field.
It's a really big file so give it some time to download and display

    Hi,
I am new to this and just got through about 4K of the Wheaties. Nothing spectacular, but I did come across a couple of interesting coins. One has what I believe is the Lamination error 1941 Obverse & Reverse (at least from what I have seen on Ebay and a few other auction sites). The other one I really don't know what it is 1955-Reverse (if anything) I would really appreciate your opinion. Can I email you my scans of the coins or how does this work? Is this a common request, or is this request improper? As I said I am new so I still need to learn to rules for these websites.
    Thanks

I would suggest just put the pictures up here on the cointalk site. You will get more input.
You can use photobucket or just follow the directions (easy) in the "stickey" on how to post pictures.
