Whats up with Helen's hand? The bird?

What is up with her hand? Is it an intentional bird that she's giving us? Is it supposed to be this way? I know that it wasn't intentional but still LOL

It looks like she is giving the "middle finger".

 

Yea It does look like she is using TALL MAN!!

 

After looking at the close up it would be her ring finger, I do not see anything like that when I googled the coin.

 

It's definitely her middle finger, why would she sneak any other finger up? (I truly am not certian which finger it is, I'll take your word for it Buckmaster)

But hey, really... What is going on with her finger? I couldn't find anything on it either. Could it be cud maybe?

I guess without the coins I really do have too much time on my hands...

 

She's kinda Freddy Krueger looking to be completely honest. If you zoom in it's like Edward Scizzorhand'ish.

 

Ha Ha IDK I did a search for varieties and nothing jumped out so I guess a die chip maybe. Don't worry right now I have too much time on my hands as well!
