    I dont know if AACGS is a reputable grading service. Ive just seen proof sets selling for low prices at my local coin shops lately, most under $5

    It is hard to see but the half dollar's cheek looks impaired. You can easily find very nice quality inexpensive 1987 proof sets in the original government packaging that look better than the coins in this holder.
