If you paid anything close to what a real one is worth without having done your homework, you acted very foolishly. Even in Good condition they are worth the better part of a hundred bucks, which to my mind is too expensive to buy without adequate assurance that the coin isn't one of the vast number of fakes out there looking for owners! Your photos are much too dark to see sufficient detail for even a guess at genuineness, but the liklihood of a real one being sold anywhere but at a major auction is vanishingly small.
and this one...whats it worth Anyone have an ideal as to what this one is worth? It's pretty faded... but it's pretty old too.
me neither really.. but Im here trying to find out... I just love older coins.. I got one a few years ago.. has a star on it.. when I got it I wasn't even sure it was a coin..And got it for less then I paid for these..and it's a lot nicer..but these are pretty when lightened up. They sure are way different then the everyday coin I see. Kinda nice to hold them in my hand and look at them.. and know their mine...smiles
