Whats the US Mint return policy?

From reading their site, it seems to me that you can return coins if you're unhappy with them. Are there any penalties they assess?

30 day unconditional return policy, and they don't assess any penalties. Note: If you return a product, shipping costs are not refunded.

I order 3 silver prrof sets, and I keep the best two for my collection and my wife's collection. I have never had any issues returning the third set, and You can ask for the refund of shipping for what you return, ecspecially if there is a fault with the coin or coins.

In the past, I just called the mint and gave them the amount of the postage I was charged for the return shipping. I usually received a check for my shipping charge within a week or two. Never a problem.
