What's The Grade?

    Don't laugh, there's a first for everything.
    I recently went to my first coin show and bought this 1923 peace dollar for $10.
    Was I ripped off?
    What's the grade?
    If you need better pictures, I'll have them later. My camera is spazzing out.

    It's a little blurry, but appears to be tone'd very nicely. I'd venture to say the grade would be a solid AU-53 and YES you did rather well :)

    For $10 I think you did alright....that is about the norm for a Silver Dollar.
    As Bone said...the photos are blurry and it might go low MS but with these photos I can only say AU.

    Better Pictures

    Hope these pictures are a bit better.
    My camera's lens is dirty and...um...i'm out of lens cleaner. Water doesn't work.
