Picked up this $100 radar repeater note at the bank today when I was making a withdrawal just trying to find out what it's worth
I also say nice but also no huge premium. This website has a want list you can check out - http://coolserialnumbers.com/default.aspx
I'm out of my league here (do have a lot of old notes but don't have a clue what to do with them except to let the next generation figure it out), but just for my edification (and maybe others) and after looking at the above mentioned site; is it because the palindrome contains 3 distinct digits instead of only 2 that makes Cliff's Note (no pun intended) less desirable? Personally, I think it's pretty nifty and I wouldn't hesitate to pay a hundred bucks for it! (Honestly, I really do think it looks neat).
As an old die-hard radar collector I also think it's nice. However, $100s are a lot of money. You might try eBay and perhaps receive some premium but then again from what I hear the fees might just absorb all the profit.
