Don't need an expert. I get circulated quarters in my change frequently. It say right on it how much it is worth: a quarter. Don't ever clean a coin which may be worth more than face value, because if you do there is a good chance it will then only be worth face value. Just curious: why did you repeat the forum name in the subject line instead of putting something meaningful?
images are not in focus. You're trying to take a picture too close and you phone cannot focus that close. Go further away and crop the image. the black stuff looks like muck .. PMD. have you researched "worm eagle beak" or something ?
