  3. You may want to consider joining the ANA, as you get some NGC perks when you join. This may save you some money too. Check out the ANA website for details. TC

I received a 81/2 x 11 folder with a "welcome" letter giving my member number, A NCS guidelines for submission and fees,NGC prices and submission sheets, NGC world and ancient coins fees and submission sheets, some advertising and PR sheets.

If a person gets the higher level, there is also included a coupon for the free gradings and 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 flips for submission.

    No card at all.

I've been thinking about this as well, and have a question about the submission guidelines. To submit a coin, they ask that it gets mailed in a flip that isn't stapled or taped shut. How do you secure the coin in the flip so that it doesn't move around and get all scuffed up during shipping if the flip isn't secured shut?

You put the coin in one half of the flip, an identification line number in the other and fold so the opening are on the inside. Then I stack the flips and use 2 rubber bands around the flips to hold the flips tops and sides. Then I wrap in bubble wrap and tape or rubber band the bubble wrap, put the forms in the box with the bubble wrapped coins and secure the box.
