personally only get penny rolls (about 5$ at a time) usually get about 2+ rolls of coppers and 2-4 wheates...got a 1937-P last time...havnt found any Indian cents yet

 

I thought we were posting in "Roll searchers post your results' ? Is this in lieu of that or addition to ?

I had minor luck with a 1947 ML pointed 7 Canadian cent this week. Probably get a ride to the bank Monday for a box or two. Dumped yesterday.

Found the 1988/89 D (drv006) a couple of weeks ago, but don't know which box it came from as it was in a cupful of 1988's awaiting an error search.

 

All these posts about roll searching... think it might be time for a roll searching forum.

Yep and maybe a Cherrypicker's Forum ?

I mean, tons of collectors buy slabbed coins and build set from that.

Lots of guys comb through dealer's stock and hunt for the error that got missed.

Then there are the hunters that comb through boxes of coins looking for anything differentand hopefully with value.

I found an 11-S, possible 09-S, and an 1895 RPD .

 

Today, at a small branch bank inside the supermarket, I got 20 rolls of cents. They were all CWR's amd 2 of them were in the solid red ones that used to ne around a few years ago. They were all pretty ho-hum except for those 2. There were 1941, 46S, 48D, 49 and 51S Wheats some 70's that only showed a hint of a fingerprint. One 72 S that looks like it might be a DDO. A few minor offset and one CUD that was noticeable. I saw at least one die crack. Those were the best rolls I have gotten in the last three trips. I was going to buy a box, but these rolls were available without waiting.

A bit anxious to take a better look. I just sorted them into cups for now. Hope there's something worth posting later.

50cent....this thread already exists with many posters. Look up a couple of posts and you'll see the link.

Well, I just went through 2 boxes of cents. I ended up with 85 rolls of unopened 2010 D shield cents. So, unless I can sell complete boxes on eBay, that's a bust. Got another 60 CRW's and the earliest coins I found was a 1936. The majority of coins I got this time out were 2001-2008. More 2009 LP 1-3 with a few LP-4's in the mix.

 

So why try to keep this crappy thread you made alive? You're lucky I'm not a moderator, I'd just lock/delete the thread and give you a warning about posting redundant topics.

 

You know what? There's an existent thread about this already, and you know there is, yet you want to start another one?
