Pulled this from circulation today. I don't collect error coins, but from the little I know, I'm guessing it's off center. Any ideas?
Looks like a MAD (misaligned die), or specifically a misaligned obverse die. If the coin has reeding it is not broadstruck.
That would mean the coin was struck in the collar so it is not a broadstrike. Which is another indication the obverse die was misaligned.
