I am looking at coins on ebay and found this auction. Look at their feedback history too. Are they just doing this to get positive feedback and raise their score? On the listing they say if they get positive feedback then they will send feedback right away. They sell pocket change and tomatoes. Hmm. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ONE-CENT-1-...ocal-Pickup-/291026739817?hash=item43c28ba269
Selling feedback. Cheap way to have people get good feedback. A way to play the ebay feedback system.
Ps there is no intent to provide anything of substance. That's why if he can't email his product .. he makes it local pick up only.
An example of "feedback manipulation"... and though technically allowable, it's frowned upon by eBay, and they probably would remove this auction if reported. Read their policy here (if interested): http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-manipulation.html
