    You can buy the 1999-2004 silver proof sets for $600 from dealers advertising in CoinWorld (for example Paul Sims).

    Paul Sims doesn't have a web site.
    I just checked their latest catalog and they now charge $610 + $4 shipping for the 1999-2004 silver proof sets. Don't know how much they charge for the 2004 silver quarter set that was also in the eBay auction you mentioned.

    I say its a bit too high...I too have gotten coins from Paul Sims and they have been the best...I got 2 proof Franklins (wish I had gotten more) for $5.00 each...they are my best raw proof Franklins.
